This is one of the best courses in price determination for BOTH the buyer and seller. Presented with a unique perspective for pricing matched with an appraisers comparative price adjustments gives you an edge next time you need to price it right! (Basic)

01-31 - Representing New Construction (0601)

Who should attend this course? Real estate agents, REALTORS®, brokers, property managers or new constructor builders or builder agents that are looking for real estate continuing education credit.

This is a fantastic course for anyone interested in representing buyers for new construction. We focus on representing a buyer of new construction by exploring every step of the process from lot selection to closing. Here is a basic outline of the course:

  • Weighing the pro’s and con’s of New Construction Homes
  • Knowing and understanding your buyers new…does new construction fit those needs?
  • Selecting a builder
  • Understanding the appropriate interaction between you the agent, the builder, and your client

02-01 - License Law and Agency Relationships (0604R)

This class meets the NREC requirements for out-of-state licensees that want to meet the license law requirement to secure a Nebraska real estate license. This class details the license law with actual examples of violations PLUS sets the stage for compliance regarding Nebraska's agency laws. This class can be taken for licensing requirements under the number (0604R) but MUST be taken as a pre-license class and not CE!

02-05 - Risky Business Practices (0305R)

02-19 - 11 Coaching Tips for Better Seller Representation (0792R)

Sellers all want their property SOLD! This class focuses on 11 key points that agents can use to 'coach' sellers through the entire home selling process. From motivation; pricing; keeping all things legal; this class is a MUST for agents that want faster and easier sales and better relationships with sellers!

02-26 - Property Evaluation for the Home Buyer (0750R)

26-Feb-18      Tuition:  $40

This class is a 'checklist' look at evaluating a potential property the buyer may want to purchase. The 'checklist' contains items that buyer's agents have failed to address that have caused license suspension, revocation, fines, etc.

03-01 - The Licensees Role in Home Inspections (0280)

01-Mar-18      Tuition:  $40

This course outlines the specific agent responsibilities and how to avoid potential liabilities as it would pertain to home inspections. (Intermediate)

03-12 - TEAMS: The REQUIRED CE Class (1000R)

12-Mar-18      Tuition:  $40

This class meets the “TEAM” CE requirement set by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. The class outlines the issues surrounding team activity in the real estate marketplace. From the license laws, agency representation, advertising, and management of “teams”…each team leader, member, manager, broker…and the public, will benefit from this class!

03-19 - 8 Coaching Tips for the Home Buyers Strategy (0791R)

19-Mar-18      Tuition:  $40

This class is the perfect class for agents that want to offer a step-by-step home buying strategy in today's market. From understanding the complex process; to handling the emotions; to finding the right home; this class is framed in strategies and representation that enhances the entire home buying experience.

03-26 - Avoiding Critical Mistakes in the Home Buying Process (0783R)

26-Mar-18      Tuition:  $40

This class is a targeted discussion on how to coach the home buyer through the maze of real estate processes and jargon so they can avoid critical mistakes in the home buying process.

03-29 - Ethics Training (0497R)

29-Mar-18      Tuition:  $40

The National Association of REALTORS approved course that meets the quadrennial Ethics Course Requirement. This course is a study of the REALTOR Code of Ethics. (Intermediate)
