Finally a course that outlines every facet of buyer and seller agency representation and will help you turn agency disclosure in to a personal marketing opportunity. You will learn tips and techniques that can earn you both the respect and commission dollars simply by turning the agency pamphlet and your agency duties into a marketing tool. (Basic)
Class study materials and handouts will be delivered during class.
For ALL 9999T BAT Classes: A Notice of Training Scheduling (NOTS) MUST be SUBMITTED (in advance of the class) BY the Designated Broker or Student, and RECEIVED by REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate at least ONE business day BEFORE the training event. REEsults Coaching must file this document with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in advance of the training date. This is a requirement for the Broker's Agents to receive Continuing Education Broker Approved Training credits for the session. NO EXCEPTIONS!
