Real Estate Practice 7000 Course Overview

Classroom/Zoom™ Course Criteria

• Each course consists of 12 classroom/Zoom™ hours (2-sessions 6-hours each)
• All courses are approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission
• Attend via computer or mobile device that is audio/video capable. Video is required by state mandate to proctor virtual (Zoom™) attendees. You may use a combination of phone/mobile phone/computer to provide both audio and video.
• Registration includes course materials (in digital format). Registered REEsults students are permitted to print course text for personal use only! You can also order a hard copy of course materials from a link in the registration confirmation email.
  

Note: You MUST be visually present at all times to receive credit for this class, as required by NREC mandate. 

Recording Verification of Attendance: REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate reserves the right to digitally record, and share with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC), all course/class sessions for attendance verification. The NREC can and may direct REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate to deny any student credit for any class where the student is not present 100% of the required class time.

Note:

Licensees are required to successfully complete all course requirements within 180 days after activating your Nebraska Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s real estate license.

If you completed this coursework before activating your real estate license with a broker the NREC cannot track such submissions. Therefore you must send a copy of your completed certificate to the NREC within 180 days after activating your license with a broker. For questions contact the NREC (402) 471-2004.

Real Estate Practices 7000

12 Post-License Credit Hours
(12-hours 2-sessions 6-hours each)

This course provides basic business and professional practices that will benefit any new Designated Broker. Participants will be actively involved and coached in the targeted areas of trust accounts, business planning, ethics, and business risk.

This course is designed to meet requirements established by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and is mandatory for brokers to reinforce sound Real Estate Practices.
