Background Check

  • In order to complete your real estate license application, you will be required to provide a written statement covering all legal actions or charges against you, no matter how long ago or whether dismissed or not, and any convictions for misdemeanors or felonies, including pending charges for any misdemeanors or felonies. Please note that even if any charges have been dismissed or a conviction has been expunged from your records, you must still disclose this information on your real estate license application.
