Real Estate Pre-License Courses Overview

The Fastest, Easiest Way to Meet Your Pre-License Education Requirements! 

YOU CAN START ANY COURSE NOW… DURING ANY SESSION!


All REEsults Pre-License courses feature online study materials and interactive exams, also known as Home Study Courses, which are complemented by instructor-led (In-Person Classroom/Zoom™) Sessions. These classes are held weekly over seven weeks, after which they repeat. The course materials are designed to be stand-alone, giving you the flexibility to start any pre-license course on the next available class date without waiting for the course to restart at Session #1. For instance, if you begin at Session 5-7, you can then continue in the classroom with Session 1-4. Alternatively, you can opt for self-study; by passing the Chapter and Final Exams with a score above 75%, you will have satisfied the 30-hour NREC educational requirements.


Training Cycle: 7-Sessions > 1-week break > Next 7-Sessions... (repeat)

PRE-LICENSE Instructor-Led (In-Person Classroom/Zoom™) Sessions

STEP #1:  Click on the Pre-Licence Courses Catalog (button below) to access detailed information and register for each course.

STEP #2:  Course materials are designed for self-study along with instructor-led sessions. You can start preparing for the course right away!

STEP #3:  Select a Date/Session for the instructor-led sessions you wish to attend according to your Course selection.

STEP #4:  Attend any classroom session through Zoom. Log into your course account and select the Zoom link from your course content list.

NOTE: The Zoom™ link will look like this:  "CLICK HERE TO JOIN THIS CLASS VIA ZOOM™ - Day • Time • Time Zone" 

STEP #5:  Upon passing the Chapter and Final Exams with a score >75%, you will have fulfilled the 30-hour NREC educational requirements.

NOTE: You will receive a Certificate of Completion by email. Your results will be promptly filed with NREC. Please allow 10-days for processing.
