NREC Pre-License Educational Requirements

Students (Salespersons and Broker applicants) are required to successfully complete three (3) 30-hour Pre-License Courses, in addition to the mandatory 6-hour (0003) Ethical Practices Course, for a total of 96 hours.



Home Study Courses are self-paced and accessible online. Exams at the end of each section provide real-time feedback with comprehensive explanations. Study on your schedule anywhere, stop, and pick up where you left off anytime!
