Real Estate Pre-License Courses Overview

Classroom/Zoom™ Course Requirements


Nebraska Pre-License Students must complete three (3) 30-hour Pre-License Courses, in addition to the required 6-hour (0003) Ethics Course, to fulfill Nebraska's total of 96 hours of pre-license educational prerequisites. Each course is divided into 7-sessions that comply with NREC approved text.
