Developing Professional Conduct & Ethical Practices #0003 Course Overview

Course Criteria

*Mandatory for both Salespersons and Broker applicants as per NREC requirements.

6 Pre-License Credit Hours. This course consists of (4) four sections, each section has an online exam. Flashcards are also included to facilitate quick mastery of real estate terminology and definitions. The course includes a 6-hour interactive instructor-led Zoom™ session concluding with a final exam. Upon passing the Section and Final Exams with a score >75%, you will have fulfilled the 6-hour NREC educational requirements. You will receive a Certificate of Completion by email. Your results will be promptly filed with NREC. Please allow 10-days for processing.
