Real Estate Pre-License Courses Overview

Classroom/Zoom™ Course Criteria

 

  • Each course consists of 33.75 classroom/Zoom™ hours (divided into 9-sessions )
  • Pre-License Classroom/Webinar Tuition: $287.00
  • All courses are approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission
  • Attend via computer or mobile device that is audio/video capable. Video is required by state mandate to proctor virtual (Zoom™) attendees. You may use a combination of phone/mobile phone/computer to provide both audio and video.
  • Registration includes course materials (in digital format). Registered REEsults students are permitted to print course text for personal use only! You can also order a hard copy course materials from a link in the registration confirmation email.
  • Note: Licensees are required to take all (3) three 30-hour Pre-License classes, plus the mandatory 6-hour 0003 ethics course. (96-hours total)

  • Student Compliance Agreement: Your class/course registration serves as your acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all REEsults Coaching™ Code of Conduct, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, including verbal Policies and Procedures made by REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate instructors during class. Real Estate Principles and Practices

Principles & Practice 0040

* This is one of two NREC required 30-hour courses. This course provides an in-depth overview of the fundamental Principles and Practices of real estate. Including concepts from agency relationships through closing procedures. 

Nebraska License Law

Nebraska License Law 0047R

*This is one of the two NREC required 30-hour courses. The 0047R course provides a comprehensive overview of Nebraska License Laws. This course covers the Fair Housing Act Rules and Regulations and explores the fundamental aspects of the broker-agent-consumer relationship.

Real Estate Finance

Real Estate Finance 0042R

This course covers real estate transactions and representation for buyers and sellers. This comprehensive study of the various types, sources, and roles of real estate finance, including critical examination and oversight of financial resources.

Developing Professional Conduct and Ethical Practices 0003

This course provides a highly interactive study of Fair Housing, Ethical, and Conduct. Participants will be actively involved in real-world case studies, as well as group discussions regarding ethics issues.

How to Earn a FREE CE Class


  1. Refer a new student to REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate Pre-License or Exam Prep Classroom Coaching Sessions.
  2. Receive a FREE Real Estate CE Classroom/Zoom™ class (3-hours) of your choosing with the verified new student’s paid registration. Not applicable to ONLINE CE courses.
  3. Complete the Referral Form
  4. Once the new student has been verified/paid, we'll send you a voucher good for a FREE CE Class (3-hours)

Program Guidelines and Qualifications


  1. "FREE CE 4 Referral" will be earned for only the first class taken by a new referred student.
  2. Referral registrations must be for Pre-License or Exam Prep Classroom Coaching Sessions.
  3. Referrals of new students will be honored for 180 days from the date of referral registration.
  4. FREE 3-hour Real Estate CE Certificates will be honored for one year from the date of student registration.
  5. "FREE CE 4 Referral" are not valid for students if they have already been referred or are current or past students.
  6. A FREE 3-hour CE Certificate will be issued to the referring individual upon the new students paid registration.
  7. Limit 1 (one) FREE 3-hour Real Estate CE Certificate per new student referral.
  8. The FREE 3-hour Real Estate CE Certificate has no cash, exchange or refundable value.
  9. 3-hour CE Certificates are valid ONLY for CLASSROOM CE Classes.
