Real Estate Home Study Pre-License Courses Overview

Designed as the fastest and easiest way to meet your pre-license educational requirements!

  • After achieving a passing grade of 75% or higher on all exams, your Certificate of Completion will be automatically sent to your email address on file, and your test results will be promptly submitted to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC).


  • Licensees are only required to complete (2) two out of the following (3) three 30-hour NREC-approved Pre-License classes, in addition to the mandatory 6-hour 0003 course.

  • Due to the nature of Home Study Courses, this course does NOT include instructor-led coaching. However, relevant questions will be answered by a qualified instructor by using the comments/discussion tool in our (LMS) Learning Management System.
