- After achieving a passing grade of 75% or higher on all exams, your Certificate of Completion will be automatically sent to your email address on file, and your test results will be promptly submitted to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission (NREC).
- Note: Effective January 1, 2026, you are required to take all three of the (3) Pre-License classes, plus the mandatory (0003) Ethics course.
- Due to the nature of Home Study Courses, this course does NOT include instructor-led coaching. However, relevant questions will be answered by a qualified instructor by using the comments/discussion tool in our (LMS) Learning Management System.
